The 10 benefits of Evolution Group Training Program:

• 1. Training sessions are individualized yet conducted in a random group varying from 1 – 4 clients. The number of clients in the facility at any time is contingent upon the number of clients who schedule for that time slot. There can be 1, 2, 3 but no more than 4 clients scheduled per hour. It's not up to you to get others into a group, that's our job. The price per session is the same if there are 1, 2, 3 or 4 that show up for the session.

• 2. Our webscheduler manages all appointments to insure there are no more than four clients in the studio at any given time.

• 3. Each time you enter the facility for a workout, your trainer has today's workout plan ready to go.

• 4. Your training is personalized. Even though others are being trained at the same time, you will be doing an individualized training routine.

• 5. Flexible scheduling; it's a plus with today's busy schedules. You're not confined to a permanent schedule with one trainer. There are 68 hours a week available for you to get your workouts. You simply call the center and choose the day and time you want to workout and then show up. You can schedule right up to the minute you want to come in. All appointments begin at the top of the hour.

• 6. You choose the number of workouts sessions per week.

• 7. Your training is conducted in a comfortable private facility with the newest and most effective exercise equipment available today. You'll meet other professional people like you who are serious about their health and fitness.

• 8. Prior to the start of your training program you will undergo a complete health and fitness assessment including establishing your personal goals. We retest your physical strength & flexibility on a monthly basis. Your results are evaluated and compared to your initial goals.

• 9. Your commitment to your training sessions guarantees you will reach your goals.

• 10. You get the training and nutrition experience of owner, Bryan Nichols. Bryan has over 18 years of experience helping hundreds of people just like you achieve optimum health. Bryan has owned and operated other training facilities and health clubs in Broward & Palm Beach Counties for the past 15 years.

Hours of Operation:

68 hours per week to schedule an appointment.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7 am - 1 pm, 3 pm - 8 pm
Tuesday and Thursday 7 am - 8 pm
Saturday 8 am – 12 pm *
