A CrossFit Group session involves each person performing the same workout. The exercise intensity may be scaled, however everyone in the group is doing the same routine. What's more, everyone begins at the same time.  A max of 15 people per group.  This is beneficial for some because of the competitive nature it brings out in us. And that competitive spirit can help you work harder and achieve positive results quicker.

The greatest part about CrossFit Group is even though you are all performing at the same time, you are still competing against yourself. You are always trying to better your time. Let me share you what you get when you come for a workout at CrossFit Wellington:
